Holiday Inn Cleveland Clinic By Ihg – Hotel near airport in Cleveland

I stayed at the hotel for my husband's surgery, and it was conveniently located right on the Cleveland Clinic campus, within walking distance to all departments. Although the room had a coffee maker and fridge, it unfortunately smelled terrible, which was quite unpleasant. The dining experience was disappointing as there were surprise charges for every little thing, and the food wasn't as excellent as expected. The service, on the other hand, was exceptional, with Lawtisha at the front desk being extremely helpful and courteous. The location near the Cleveland Clinic, Strathmore Concert Hall, and Cleveland Museum of Art was a major plus for me.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were great, clean, with a nice bed and a large bathroom featuring an excellent shower. It was quiet, clean, and comfortable, making my stay relaxing. However, the location had some drawbacks like the need for valet parking on weekdays, and the dining experience was not the best due to limited options nearby.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic; the rooms were excellent, comfortable, and clean, and the cleaning staff was friendly and very helpful. I was pleasantly surprised to find enough outlets for my techie stuff, making me very happy. The option to choose whether the maid came daily or not was a great eco-friendly touch that I appreciated. From the valet to the front desk to the room, everything was impeccable. The workout and pool facilities were also top-notch.
